Famous Fruit and Fibre Muffins

2 cups all-purpose flour

2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

2 Tbsp. baking powder

2 cups milk

2 eggs

2/3 cup vegetable oil

5 cups Post Fruit and Fibre Whole Wheat and Bran Cereal with Dates, Raisins and Walnuts

 

Mix flour with sigar and baking powder. Combine mik, eggs, and oil; blend well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring only enough to dampen flour. Stir in cereal. Spoon into large greased muffin pans. Bake at 400* for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Yield 12 large muffins
